Who We’ve Learnt From in 2022
With Reform leaders firmly believing that continuous professional development is vital for growth, we tackled 2022 head-on with a trio of CPD days led by some of the best in the biz:
Kate Christie: Turns out we all have time – and lots of it! Best-selling author, time management expert, and international speaker Kate Christie taught us how to gain time and become super productive.
Mark Riddington: Security of Payments Act – done and done! Mark from HWL Ebsworth Lawyers led our Contracts Admin, grads, and undergrads teams through the latest ins-and-outs of SOP and how to adhere to and manage responsibilities.
Wayne Pearce: What a team! Thanks to Balmain Tigers pro Wayne Pearce’s workshops, we have a stronger-than-ever culture of trust, accountability, and connection.

We’re Officially Excellent
2022 is also a year of celebration! We were awarded an Excellence in Housing accolade by the Master Builders Association of NSW, for the lap pool at our Eastbourne Residence in Darling Point. With a built-in water feature and never-ending views over Double Bay marina, this pool is perfection, the stand-out centerpiece of a stunning landscaped garden that we are all rightly proud of at Reform.
We have already set our sights on the 2023 MBA awards – we have a few more ‘winning’ projects in mind…

Winning Projects
2022 also saw us winning a waterfront double, two fantastic projects both situated in enviously prized positions.
On the North Shore sits our Monash Residence, an expertly crafted, one-of-a-kind four-bedroom family residence that has been cleverly imagined by Mathieson Architects.
Whilst over in Double Bay, nestled within its winding roads and commanding insane harbour views is Wiston Gardens – a luxury four-apartment residence spanning over five floors. Each apartment will be delivered to a six-star finish; masterfully designed by the innovative Tzannes Architects.
Reform’s 2023 pipeline is already chock-a-block with some incredible builds. It is going to be one heck of a year and we cannot wait to get started.
