Progress – All sites

Our Project Teams have been as busy as ever with outstanding progress seen across all of our sites.

Our two projects situated in Bellevue Hill have seen a period of strong progress. Bellevue Residence hit a milestone with a successful ground floor concrete pour, paving the way for the brickwork to commence. Around the corner, Boronia Road has now reached 100% of the window installation. In addition, external works have been completed, along with the first stage of the internal render.

On the glorious Northern Beaches, our North Steyne project has also hit a milestone with the tower crane being erected on the Manly foreshore. The Aitken Avenue project continues its mammoth task of bulk excavation down to the reduced level. Whilst our Clontarf Project, Monash Residence, commenced demolition to the main house this Monday and is due to continue for the following two weeks.

Centennial Park locals are watching our Lang Road project take shape, with the scaffold to the perimeter being lifted to chimney level. The team has gained serious traction with both the main house and cabana formed up to the first floor. Our other Eastern Suburbs project Yugen, Vaucluse has now started bulk excavation and will complete the retaining wall in coming weeks.

Professional Development – Upcoming

Over the coming two months, the Reform Team will attend two half-day workshops led by Wayne Pearce OAM. Wayne is a former professional NRL player and one of the greatest Balmain Tigers players of all time.

Wayne’s background in team environments, his commitment to personal discipline, and his education degree have led him to develop a successful career in corporate Australia, fostering team development. He remains heavily involved in Rugby League in his leadership role as an Australian Rugby League Commissioner.

The Reform Team is eager to attend these upcoming sessions with Wayne. We are excited to develop and enhance our team skills, as well as utilise the key takeaways from these sessions. We will also be asking for some professional guidance on which teams to tip in the final rounds of Reform’s 2022 NRL Tipping Comp.
