Award – Monash Crescent, Clontarf

Enviously located in a prized waterfront setting, directly on the Clontarf foreshore, is our latest project award Monash Crescent, Clontarf.

Reform is contracted to deliver an expertly crafted, one-of-a-kind 4-bedroom family residence, cleverly imagined by Mathieson Architects.

The team cannot wait to bring this luxe, family residence to life and look forward to sharing updates throughout the build.

Progress – All sites

With the sunny weather, the teams all across Sydney are enjoying a fantastic period of incredible progress – kicking goals along the way!

Boronia Road has had roof tiles and the first-floor cladding installed, with external render works well underway. Whilst at North Steyne, Manly the bulk excavation is now complete and foundation piling has begun.

The team is now adding the final touches before handover down at Contour, Cronulla, whilst at Centennial Park we are full steam ahead, completing the ground floor brickwork and adding the curved sandstone to the front of the house.

Back over at our other Bellevue Hill project, the team has seen the continuation of the Lower Floor brickwork, and our Aitken Avenue team is looking forward to shotcreteing the boundary walls in the coming weeks.

Our Yugen project now has had all 109 piles completed, and our latest project Monash Crescent, Clontarf has commenced the internal strip out for the demolition of the existing house.
