A look back at projects we love
An enviable harbourside location, an award-winning lap pool and spa, an exquisite 3000-bottle wine cellar, and a connecting skybridge – our Darling Point Residence truly delivers on the design front. Involving a comprehensive extension and renovation of the existing heritage property to create a one-of-a-kind family home, the project was packed with high-end detailing, befitting its stunning setting.
Features include handmade bespoke joinery in the wine cellar, patinated copper roofing, an expansive library with wood burning fireplace and overhead salvaged hardwood trusses, a pool house with a state-of-the-art kitchen, and interior floors paved with imported Iranian limestone.
A challenging build because of the lack of direct street access and minimal storage areas, we used our many years of experience and expertise to make it all happen, delivering an incredible and impeccable luxurious home.

It’s all been happening across our projects!
With fireplace flues in and the second floor underway, things are hotting up at our Lang Road two-storey residential build in the heart of Centennial Park. We are moving onto the back of the block and the impressive cabana.
At our boutique Yugen Apartments in Vaucluse, bulk excavation and shotcreting are finished and OSD tank is currently underway. Next, we are tackling the structure, starting with footings.
Meanwhile, at our Bellevue Hill projects, we are making a splash at our Boronia Residence with pool cabana formwork stripped and pool reinforcement fixing underway. Whilst at our Bellevue Hill Residence down the road, first-floor bricks are going in to make way for roof framing – so great to see this start to take shape.
Over on the Northern Beaches, we are digging deep! At Manly’s beachfront we have detailed excavation nearing completion at our Verse Apartments in Queenscliff and over at North Steyne Apartments we are pouring basement verticals. And finally, in Clontarf at our luxury waterfront family home, we are busy with screw piles, detailed excavation, and inground services.
